| During this time I took a break from Radio to run my own business. This gave me an opportunity to use my skills in people management, marketing and sales to their full advantage. The business was a small hotel which is now being converted into apartments and offices, with me as the project manager during the week.this development is due to be complete by January 2008 |

| Based in the North East of England I presented a Network Radio Show called 'Secrets with Sam' which broadcasted to an audience of approx.eight million people across the UK. I was involved in the production of the show as well as the presentation. This included personal appearances to facilitate marketing of the magic brand on radio and television. |

| During this time I was involved also in the Marketing Department. One key event organized solely by myself was the Biggest Wedding Fayre in the region. This whole event was a complete sell-out. I received a bonus for selling all fifty stands for the event. I was involved in every aspect including liaising with the hotel venue, modeling agency, equipment hire companies, wedding dress shops, selling all fifty stands, marketing the event via radio and local press, and management of the event throughout the day.
Also leading up to a Charity Auction Weekend on both Viking FM and Magic, I was also acknowledged and rewarded for obtaining the most prizes by cold calling companies. |
